Automated Electrical Test Plan Generation using Stone Pillar SuiteTM TestPlanManager
TestPlanManager facilitates the creation of complete test plans based on
test chips created within TestChipBuilder or loaded into Stone Pillar Suite
from other test chip creation sources.
TestPlanManager collects details about devices present within the test chip
and presents these to the user along with a library of available tests.
In order to apply tests to the devices, the user simply selects the desired test,
and indicates to which device or devices it should be applied.
